Falstaff released their first Swedish restaurant guide this week. We are very pleased that Hillenberg made the list with one fork and 80 points.
Our restaurateur Niklas Ekstedt’s other restaurant, Ekstedt, took a natural place on the list with a whole 95 points and four forks. Ekstedt was one of the six restaurants awarded four forks.
Falstaff Magazine is the leading culinary publisher in German-speaking countries. Falstaff’s restaurant guides are based on four different criteria: food, service, drink, and atmosphere, with the wine list playing a prominent role in the scoring. The rating scale ranges from 1 to 4 forks, where four forks are the highest.
