We are very pleased that Hillenberg made the list with one fork and 80 points.<\/p>\n<p>Our restaurateur Niklas Ekstedt&#8217;s other restaurant, Ekstedt, took a natural place on the list with a whole 95 points and four forks. Ekstedt was one of the six restaurants awarded four forks.<\/p>\n<p>Falstaff Magazine is the leading culinary publisher in German-speaking countries. Falstaff&#8217;s restaurant guides are based on four different criteria: food, service, drink, and atmosphere, with the wine list playing a prominent role in the scoring.
