At Hillenberg, the kitchen is led by Linnea Jarnrot. She became one of the youngest winners of <\/span>Sveriges M\u00e4sterkock<\/span><\/i> and has since put her own stamp on the Hillenberg menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

The inspiration comes from across the Mediterranean. Spain, Italy and France meet influences from Greece, Lebanon and North Africa, along with the occasional nod to Linnea\u2019s west coast roots.<\/span><\/p>\n

The grill plays a central role in the kitchen, and fish and seafood often find their way onto the menu. That might mean grilled sea bass with mojo rojo, gratinated langoustines or octopus with chistorra, grilled corn and chermoula.<\/span><\/p>\n

The restaurant is close to both Stureplan and \u00d6stermalm, making it an easy choice for dinner in central Stockholm. Come for a few dishes to share, a longer dinner or something in between.<\/span><\/p>\n
