At the Chef’s Table, we present Hillenberg’s menu the way we think it is best enjoyed: through several servings shared across the table. Here, our chefs are free to get creative, and you may even get the chance to try new dishes before they make it onto the menu.
If you would like us to pair wines with the menu, our sommeliers will be more than happy to explore the cellar and select some great combinations.
The Chef’s Table can be booked for groups of 6–12 guests, with the Chef’s Menu priced at SEK 1,200 per person.
A wine pairing can be pre-ordered for SEK 1,000 per person, but you are equally welcome to order drinks on the day.
The menu changes from day to day and is presented when you arrive. We are, of course, happy to accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements.
