For meat lovers, we introduce lamb entrecôte with rosemary and lemon butter, a juicy and flavorful experience that melts in your mouth. We also offer a fresh burrata with strawberries, croutons, pine nuts, jalapeño, and mint – a perfect balance between sweet, crispy, and spicy. For fish enthusiasts, we have steamed cod loin with grilled broccoli cream, summer vegetables, and Sandefjord sauce, a dish that harmoniously combines the delicacies of the sea with the best vegetables of the summer.
